Located in the peaceful village of Tittleshall, near Fakenham, Swaffham and the North Norfolk coast, these neighbouring barn conversions provide the perfect setting for family reunions, milestone celebrations, group holidays, corporate retreats and wedding guest accommodation for nearby Godwick Hall. With spacious open-plan living areas, private gardens, dog-friendly facilities, ample parking and stylish interiors throughout, Tittleshall Barns create a unique countryside retreat where large groups can stay together while still enjoying plenty of space and privacy.

Together, the barns offer an impressive collection of communal spaces designed for bringing people together. All properties feature large open-plan kitchens and dining areas equipped with modern appliances, making catering for larger groups effortless. The vaulted ceilings, exposed character features and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light and create a wonderful sense of space throughout. Whether gathering around the dining table for celebratory meals, relaxing beside the wood burner, or enjoying a quiet moment with the mini grand piano, there is ample room for everyone to unwind in comfort.

Peak Hall, originally the farm's grain barn, has been thoughtfully converted to provide elegant accommodation for up to twelve guests. The barn features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms, alongside luxurious bathrooms fitted with baths and rainwater showers. The spacious sitting room, complete with limewashed oak floorboards and expansive windows overlooking the surrounding countryside, offers a welcoming place to relax after a day exploring Norfolk.

Next door, Mill Hill accommodates up to eight guests across four sumptuous bedrooms, all furnished with super-king beds, two of which can be configured as twin rooms. Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, Mill Hill includes multiple communal areas, a ground-floor en-suite bedroom ideal for multi-generational groups, and stylish interiors that perfectly complement the building's striking architecture.

Outside, guests can enjoy an abundance of private outdoor space. Peak Hall benefits from east and west-facing terraces and a large secure dog-proof garden, while Mill Hill offers an enclosed rear garden, private courtyard, raised herb bed and patio complete with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. Together, the barns provide the perfect setting for outdoor dining, summer gatherings and relaxing in the Norfolk sunshine.

A little more private, Harnser Barn; originally a stable for the old farm sleeping four guests, is a well planned and wonderfully spacious ground floor cottage sleeping four people and offers views out across the pond and its own private garden.

Raynham Breck sleeps up to four guests. It is a traditional farm building with its own private sunny terrace and dog proof garden. On the north-facing side you look out through bluebell filled poplar woods and onwards towards the farm.

With parking for up to 15 cars, EV charging facilities and extensive outdoor space, Tittleshall Barns offer a seamless experience for larger groups.
