This single storey first floor property consists of an open-plan living area with a Smart television tucked neatly in the corner so as not to obstruct the stunning view, a dining area and well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. The two bedrooms are furnished with quality linens, and both have double aspect views including a Velux window. In the master bedroom you will find a luxurious oak sleigh bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and dressing table. The triple room consists of a full sized single bed and bunk beds as well as storage. Both are served by a spacious, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Outside you will find a veranda covered seating area as well as peaceful garden complete with barbecue and enclosed parking.
Wendring is a peaceful village in the heart of Norfolk with easy access to town, coast and countryside, making it a popular choice for families throughout the year whatever their interests. Close by you will find the convenient town of Dereham with a wealth of shops, cinema, sports centre and eateries, with the coast just thirty five minutes drive away.
