Formerly a barn, this hideaway was converted in 2023, creating a contemporary masterpiece that combines cool interiors with a beautiful countryside setting.
The Grain Store has been repurposed into a contemporary, low key, environmentally-aware stunning piece of art. Sitting in a third of an acre of expansive grounds, this striking barn would not look out of place on the Pacific coastline. Inside this PassivHaus you will find the latest technology and design features, combined with sophisticated and luxuriously spacious, light filled accommodation. The main living areas can be opened up to create a seamless open-plan space, or slide the discreet secret doors closed to create more intimate private rooms. The smart fully fitted breakfast kitchen is perfect for large groups, featuring two ovens, two dishwashers, and two fridge / freezers. There is even a wine fridge for all entertaining needs. The adjoining utility provides laundry facilities, an additional sink, and further storage. Next door, the double height vaulted sitting/ dining room is a sociable space with full height windows and doors that allow light to flood the room. Tasteful furniture is arranged around a wood burning stove. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine library nook, creating eye-catching focal points. For entertainment, there is a dedicated television / cinema room with an impressive 85" television. And if you're feeling competitive head to the games room, boasting a pool table and table football. External cctv is active only when property is unoccupied. There is also a video intercom at the gate.

Excellent for large groups to get together. Extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. The games room and TV lounge were well used and appreciated. Wonderful quiet location with lovely walks from the doorstep. Weâve been meeting up every year for 14 years as a group of 11/12 in many different holiday homes in the Norfolk / Suffolk area and this is the best yet so we will definitely return next year.
