The Grain Store has been re-interpreted into a contemporary, low-key, environmentally-aware stunning piece of art. Sitting in a third of an acre of expansive grounds, this striking barn would not look out of place on the Pacific coastline. Inside this PassivHaus you will find the latest technology and design features, combined with sophisticated and luxuriously spacious, light-filled accommodation. The main living areas can be opened up to create a seamless open-plan space, or slide the discreet secret doors closed to create more intimate private rooms. The smart fully fitted breakfast kitchen is perfect for large groups, featuring two ovens, two dishwashers, and two fridge/ freezers. There is even a wine fridge for all entertaining needs. The adjoining utility provides laundry facilities, an additional sink, and further storage. Next door, the double height vaulted sitting/ dining room is a sociable space with full height windows and doors that allow light to flood the room. Tasteful furniture is arranged around a wood burning stove. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine library nook, creating eye-catching focal points. For entertainment, there is a dedicated television/ cinema room with an impressive 85" television. And, if you're feeling competitive, head to the games room boasting a pool table and table football. Outside, is a secluded spot with a permanent outdoor table tennis table. Use of the hot tub is also available for an extra charge. The barn has six generous-sized bedrooms; two on the ground floor and four on the first floor, all of which have glazed doors opening to either private or shared terraces, with a combination of three en-suite, and two shared bathrooms.

cctv: External cctv is active only when property is unoccupied. There is also a video intercom at the gate.

We had a very enjoyable week in this amazing house. It was all we could have asked for and more. Every room was very comfortable and the whole family enjoyed the Games Room. We have recommended The Grain Store to several of our friends.

Over our two decades of family holiday rentals, this rated as one of our best! So roomy and spacious - two dining areas, two living room areas, spacious games room, little library nook upstairs, there was simply so much beautiful space for little groups, gatherings, pairings, and then again plenty room when we all got together! Crisp, modern, beautifully designed, lovely country all round (our toddlers loved the 3 horses), our weekend was a smashing hit!

What a beautiful house! We cam eto celebrate our joint 60th birthdays - 10 great friends and we all loved the property. So amazingly designed, great space, wonderful colours and just such a good place to chill in. We did a lovely couple of days in Norwich which we all enjoyed, and yoga by the picture window - all perfect (except our car breaking down! But that meant we spend more time in the house!) Thank you.
