A welcoming ground-floor double bedroom and bathroom make it ideal for guests wishing to avoid stairs, while upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with three single beds, perfect for families. Outside, relax on your private garden bench or enjoy the large shared lawned gardens with seating areas and a charcoal BBQ. Just a short stroll away, the River Ant is ideal for launching small watercraft, kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. A riverside footpath leads to Potter Heigham, where you will find a riverside green, perfect for picnics alongside the river, a café, pub and the renowned Lathams department store and garden centre. As a gateway to the Norfolk Broads National Park, the area offers excellent boating, walking, cycling and wildlife-watching opportunities. Spectacular beaches are just 7 miles away, including Winterton-on-Sea, with its sweeping dunes, and Horsey Gap, famous for its grey seal colony and winter seal pups. The seaside resorts of Great Yarmouth, Cromer and Sheringham are all within easy reach, while the market town of Acle is just an 11-minute drive away. The historic city of Norwich, around 30 minutes by car, offers excellent shopping, dining and theatres. Family attractions including Bewilderwood, Pettitts Animal Adventure Park and Dinosaur Adventure are all nearby, with golf, fishing and many outdoor pursuits completing this peaceful Norfolk escape.
