We found it to be a bit of a disappointment as we were told it was flat at the rear to get in with a wheelchair. Also the hot water from the tap is boiling and very dangerous and scalded a couple of us. This needs to be turned down lower. Apart from the above we loved the house and its location and found it a great place to stay. The garden was great and the dogs loved it too.

The cottage was ideal for us. Two families with kids age, 5, 5, 3 and 1. The cot and high chair were there for our use. The cottage was spacious and the garden was ideal for treasure hunts! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only drawback for me was the single bed mattress I was sleeping on was too soft. Perhaps the mattresses could do with replacing. Also it may be of benefit if the cottage supplied a couple of room fans for the warmer weather. We had brought our own to cool the childrens bedrooms before sleeping.

Chimney Springs suits us very well, as a holiday location with easy access to the Eastern Broads. As I have limited mobility, a bungalow is ideal, and there are a very nice garden and sunroom for those days when we don't wish to stray far. This was our third holiday at Chimney Springs and we hope it will not be the last.
