This ‘chocolate box’ thatched cottage and its pretty gardens provide extremely comfortable family accommodation whatever the season. Set back off a green, it is 50 yards from the village inn, well known for food. Broadland boat hire is available nearby. Sandy beach, circular nature walk, shop, café, fish and chips all under 250 yards. Pub serving food 50 yards.

Our 4th time staying in Harbour Cottage. It feels like home from home. The Cottage is comfortable, clean, and well equipped and the enclosed garden is great for our Labrador Rosie. Everything we need for a relaxing holiday is there. Winterton is a beautiful picture postcard village with a fabulous beach, local stores and cafe's, and the Fisherman's Return inn serving great food.

The perfect cottage in a gorgeous location. We have visited many times before and have already booked for next year. The Cottage is always spotlessly clean and the owner thinks of everything to ensure a home from home holiday feel. We have never had any issues or problems and would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Second time at this beautiful cottage, literally a few minutes easy walk to the dunes and beach. Personally I only used the toaster because I don’t go on holiday to cook - but there’s everything you need if that’s your bag. With a gorgeous pub a couple of minutes walk away (staggering distance) I was well supplied with breakfast, lunch or evening meal. The cottage is brilliant with a decent enclosed garden, super bathrooms and lovely bedrooms. Would definitely go again .
