Sleeping up to eight guests, Ivy Cottage includes a ground-floor double bedroom with a convenient bathroom, while upstairs you’ll find two comfortable twin bedrooms and a second double room, along with a family shower room.
Outside, the enclosed garden offers a safe, private space to unwind, dine al fresco, or let children and pets play safely. Located opposite, you’ll find a friendly village pub serving home-cooked meals and a local shop for everyday essentials. We had a lovely stay in this house. The location is great, so close to a lovely beach, which is also dog friendly all year, something we have had problems with in other places in the past. There is also a pub and a chip shop opposite ( also sells ice creams etc) which is great for meals and a drink when you don’t want to drive. And a lovely little cafe a couple of doors down. We found it very peaceful even though you have the pub nearby.Good points - spacious house with downstairs bedroom ( very small double) and bathroom. Great location, fantastic beach nearby. Close to Great Yarmouth, Hemsby etc. Quiet and peaceful. All of the equipment you need in the kitchen, including an air fryer. Clean bedding and towels provided. The garden is nice and secluded, with table, chairs, parasol, sun chairs etc. A dog bath if needed! Not so good - we found it a bit dusty in parts when we arrived - the bedside tables were dirty, as were the sinks in both bathrooms, they hadn’t been cleaned as they were full of marks and dust. The two double beds are extremely small, fortunately we didn’t share them but I think for two adults they are a bit tight! Especially the downstairs one, the room is very small. Unfortunately the downstairs bedroom/ bathroom wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with disability issues as the walk in shower is upstairs. There were a lot of flies! I think it may be to do with the neighbours keeping pigeons, so nothing the owners can do about it, we just used a lot of fly spray! The Wi-Fi is quite slow, but to be honest it was fine for us, may be annoying for someone needing faster Wi-Fi. All in all we enjoyed our week and would definitely recommend it for anyone that wants a great location right near the beach.

Lovely family home, dog friendly, everything that you could possibly need for your holiday is provided in the house.Very close to the beach, pub serving good food across the road, excellent Fish & Chips also across the road which also sells seafood and icecream.Lovely bakery within an easy walk, great for breakfast rolls.
