A little about us:

New to Great Yarmouth Marsh Farm Holiday Park is a small independent caravan park welcoming families of all ages to come and stay in their4. 6 & 8 birth deluxe double glazed and central heated caravans.

No one wants to leave their pets at home and thankfully Marsh Farm Holiday Park welcomes small well-behaved dogs to come and stay in their allocated dog-friendly caravans at an additional cost of £20 per dog.

Although Marsh Farm Holiday Park doesn’t offer on-site entertainment, it is in a prime location being only a short walk to Great Yarmouth’s famous attractions including the beach, market square, shops, restaurants & bars, there is always something to do!

Just outside the park there are beautiful walking trails along the river which can take you to Burgh castle where you can enjoy the historical ruins whilst having a picnic.

Norfolk Broads is only a short drive away and ideal for a day trip out.

Each spacious caravan is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, fireplace, kettle toaster, TV (FreeView), microwave, cutlery, table wear, saucepans, iron, ironing board, quilt, pillows, mattress protector & hairdryer.

Bed linen is included at an additional cost of £20.00 beds will be ready prior to your arrival.

Towels & tea towels are not included for hygiene reasons, we kindly ask guests to supply their own.

Picnic benches are located outside of the caravans. We welcome you to bring your disposable BBQ, there are hot ash bins dotted around the site for you to safely dispose of your BBQ once finished.

Parking is free and available outside of the caravans.

All homes are fitted with fire extinguishers, fire blankets, carbon-monoxide smoke alarms, first aid kits, gas safe certificates and electricity safety certificates.

Main guest has to be 21 and over.

£100 Fully refundable damage deposit is required and refunded at the end of the stay if the caravan is left how found.

A deposit of £50.00 is required to secure Caravan, Full Payment is required 2 weeks before your visit.

Offer 7th night free when staying.

Children of all ages are welcome.
