Outstanding property situated in a boat yard. Road very uneven but easily passable. Property is in a corner away from the business. The property was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you need and more. Welcome pack was lovely. Situated right on the rivers edge with three different levels of decking but has enclosed area so safe for children and dogs. Experienced a very high tide on our last morning that was well over the bottom two stages of decking. As there was still two hours to high tide we left as soon as we could. We had an amazing break and would definitely return.

It was amazing to wake up with that gorgeous view each morning. We loved feeding the ducks from the decking and seeing the stars at night. Such a wonderful experience and a great place to stay. Lizzie was very helpful and a brilliant host.
