Nestled at the end of the row, positioned in a horseshoe shape, with large lawned gardens at the front, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities.
A private seating area is positioned at the rear to enjoy countryside field views with horses grazing. Children will especially love the outdoor play area, providing hours of entertainment. Newly refurbished (2024) to offer comfortable and well-equipped to ensure your holiday is truly memorable. For those who enjoy socializing and dining out, there’s a pub conveniently located on-site. Whether you fancy a refreshing drink or a delicious meal. There is also a heated swimming pool (daily charges will apply) and a children’s soft play area. Nearby is one of the UK’s best preserved Roman sites, filled with history, and a beautiful place to wander, boasting panoramic views across Breydon Waters to the mills and marshes beyond, teeming with bird life. Super sandy beaches and seaside fun head to Gorleston on Sea or enjoy the Golden Mile at Great Yarmouth for a host of traditional seaside attractions including a fun fair. Enjoy a day at the races, both horse and dog racing are available locally. In a short drive, you will find a supermarket, and more village pubs and eateries. You are also close to the Norfolk Broads National Park where you can explore these famous waterways by either chartering your own day launch, kayak, canoe, or paddle board hire or simply sit back and enjoy one of the river trips.

This holiday cottage was amazing spotlessly clean the double bed was so comfy as were the 2 singles the bathroom was amazingly clean as was the kitchen with the added item of a air fryer thank you so much for making our holiday amazing

Found chalet okay but against other property’s of same money it didn’t match up , not that we are complaining but we have travelled about a lot this year .a good stop over place

Lovely peaceful stay with our three dogs.The location is ideal for visiting Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and surrounding areas.The chalet is nicely decorated and well equipped. The welcome pack is a thoughtful touch as well as providing dog towels and beds.The owner contacted us directly before our stay with information on locating the chalet as well as checking in with us to see if we had arrived safely etc.
