A larger luxury Lodge set in the beautiful woodlands at Pine Grove with Wrap around Decking that sleeps up to eight people (Including sofa bed). Gas Central Heating with Parking for up to 2 cars at the rear.

The Large Double Bedroom has a 5 foot King Size Bed and a spacious on-suite Shower Room with a Large Shower, Sink and Toilet with plenty of Storage Space for your Towels and Toiletries. This Bedroom also has a Wall Mounted TV and comes with a Hairdryer for you to use.

The Two Twin Bedrooms both have the larger 3 foot Beds for more comfort.

We provide all of the Duvets complete with Bed Linen and 2 Pillows per person plus cushions for more comfort.

We also provide 2 Bed Guards for families with young children and a Travel Cot to hire (if required) for only £5 for the duration of your stay.

The Large Family Bathroom has a Walk in Shower, Toilet and Sink with plenty of Storage Space for your Towels and Toiletries.

Toilet Rolls, Hand Wash and all Cleaning Products are all provided for you by us.

The Lounge has a 43” 4K Smart TV and Blu Ray Player, it also has built in Bluetooth Speakers and Sockets for Chargers. We supply a selection of Board Games, Jenga Blocks, Puzzles and Books also a large collection of DVD's and Blue Ray's for you to use during your stay.

The Double Sliding Patio Doors open onto the wide Decking which has a 6 Seater Rustic Table and Bench Set with a Large Parasol. The Decking has 2 Gates both with a Key Lock to keep your child safe. There is also an extra Bluetooth Speaker for you to take outside to use.

The Kitchen is equipped with a Large Built in Separate Fridge and Freezer, a Gas Oven, a Microwave, a Dishwasher and a Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer.

Plus everything you need during your stay and we also provide Washing Up Liquid, Tea Towels, Wipes, Kitchen Foil, Cling Film, Freezer Bags and Steam Bags. We also provide a Steam Iron and Ironing Board, a Dyson Hoover, Brush, Mop and Dustpan and Brush Set so everything is there for your convenience.

We supply you with Tea Bags, Coffee, Sugar and Milk so that you can have a cuppa as soon as you arrive and Enjoy your surroundings straight away.

The Clubhouse Facilities, Shops and Amenities are just a short walk away.

The Lodge is rated as a Platinum with Decking standard by Haven (which is one up from a Prestige with Decking)

We require a £100 non refundable deposit to secure your reservation date which is taken off of your final bill.

The outstanding balance is then to be paid 4 weeks before your stay date.

Payment instalments are available and can be made by Bank Transfer making payments convenient and safe.

A £75 Damages Deposit will also be payable but will be refunded in 3 working days providing no damage has occurred during your stay.
