Beautifully furnished to a high standard with flair and imagination, Sandpiper showcases some exquisite lovingly refurbished vintage pieces. After a day spent exploring the big outdoors, nestle into the comfort of the sitting room as the cosy wood burning stove fills the room with warmth and ambient light. Watch the saltmarsh landscape change as the light fades, as wine, food and conversation is shared around the dining table long into the evening. With an irresistible selection of seasonal local produce available on the doorstep, the spacious, well-equipped kitchen provides everything any enthusiastic chefs might need. If dining out is the preference, Brancaster is home to two exceptional gastropubs, which are both within walking distance.
Upstairs, the dual aspect master bedroom hosts a double bed with views across the saltmarsh to the sea beyond. Bedroom two offers twin beds, with bunk beds provided by bedroom three. A fourth bedroom hosts a single bed with comfortable full-sized trundle bed. A good-sized family bathroom offering bath with shower over serves these bedrooms, with an additional contemporary shower room featuring walk-in rainfall shower located on the ground floor.
Outside, an impressive lawned garden enjoys uninterrupted views across the saltmarsh, and also features direct access to the coastal path. Being fully enclosed, this is a great space for supervised dogs and children to play safely. When the sun is shining, the barbecue beckons for al fresco dining around the outdoor table. Tranquil and calming, the garden invites guests to unwind with a coffee or a carafe of wine, as birdsong fills the air. The garden is frequently visited by the local wildlife at dawn and dusk, including deer, rabbits and a multitude of birds. There is ample off road parking for up to three cars is available.

Perfect location overlooking the marshes and sea. Direct access to the coast path. Great garden and barbecue. Comfortable house with outstanding views. Well-equipped kitchen. Dog friendly. Our fourth visit.

My family and I were all very impressed with Sandpipers. The views over the marshes from the panoramic windows at the rear of the premises are absolutely outstanding. The garden is enormous which at dawn and dusk becomes its own nature reserve with visits from rabbits, deer and various birdlife. Watching the sun rise and set from the garden is sublime. The far end of the garden has direct access onto the coastal path. The house itself has a well-appointed kitchen, a comfortable lounge area, shower rooms/toilets both upstairs and downstairs. Sandpipers is one of three connected houses with a driveway located on the A149 coast road which provides easy access to venues up and down the coast. As it is the furthest house of the three from the road there is no noticeable disturbance from passing traffic. The venue is a short walk from the White Horse pub/restaurant and a short drive from a parade of shops/petrol station at nearby Burnham Deepdale. In summary, Sandpipers is a very comfortable venue in an exceptional location.

Fantastic location, beautiful property with incredible views over the marshes. Great layout for our family including the grandchildren who loved the garden. The layout and lots of crockery was really helpful. We brought a high chair and cot with us, the stair gate available had no fixings and didnât fit the staircase top or bottom. It would be really helpful if these items were available to make our car packing easier. We would very much like to visit again. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you.
