  We have stayed at Betty’s for many years and cannot say enough about this very special holiday home. Betty’s is a wonderful property with excellent facilities throughout. The open plan Kitchen/dining/lounge area is well equipped and great for entertaining. Internet connection is fast and very efficient and the TV, Netflix and DVD player are all available for your use.All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and have plenty of wardrobe space. Each bedroom is bright and spacious, one with excellent en suite facilities. There is also a separate lovely family bathroom.Betty’s is spotlessly clean and is exceedingly well maintained.It is positioned on the best lane in Brancaster which leads straight to the beach. The beach is breathtaking and perfect for our doggy who adores it.A great pub is a few minutes walk from the property and there is also a local Store selling everyday essentials. Supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away.We highly recommend this ideally situated property, nestled in a quiet truly relaxing location. Betty’s stole our heart many years ago, hence, we return year after year.

  Such a beautifully designed and furnished house, tucked away in a quiet corner at the end of the Close. It was absolutely ideal for our group of 8 friends and family as we gathered to celebrate a 70th birthday. Everything was so clean, fresh, warm and welcoming on our arrival. The bedrooms have a luxurious feel with good quality bedding, towels and robes. One of the group is a wheelchair-user so the downstairs bedroom was ideal (although the shower room isn’t wheelchair accessible and you will need a degree of independent mobility to use it). The open plan lounge area is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and the separate lounge with log burner is a lovely cosy alternative. The kitchen is well-equipped but, because we were there for the week, we could have done with a casserole dish so you might want to take your own if you want to leave something slow-cooking whilst you’re out and about. All-in-all we had a fabulous week in a fabulous house. Thank you!

  We have stayed at Betty’s cottage before and have booked to stay again later in the year. We just love it! It is situated near Brancaster beach - which our two dogs love. There is a local shop nearby and Hunstanton is not far away for larger supermarkets. The accommodation itself is wonderful! It is spacious light and airy. The large open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is even a large selection of picnic equipment for guests to use. The garden at the rear is fully enclosed with mature shrubs - trees - and a raised grassy area with sun loungers. The patio area next to the house is paved and has a table chairs umbrella and barbecue. The sofas and beds are very comfy. There is a large flat screen tv with iplayer and Netflix and also a DVD player. It’s quiet there and so relaxing. We love staying there! You can really wind down. Betty’s has spoiled us from going anywhere else really. We really look forward to our next visit!

  Just back from another wonderful week at Betty’s cottage in Brancaster. The weather was variable but didn’t stop us from enjoying the house and the glorious location. The cottage is perfectly based for daily beach visits, and with two young boys in the group the nearby playground is perfect too. This time we managed to sight 40 seals on the beach, which is our record!The cottage is very comfortable and generously equipped, with plenty of space and two bathrooms to make life easy. The living-room is large and airy with french doors that open onto a large, secluded garden with tables and chairs for eating outside. It’s very easy to cook and cater for everyone in the open plan and well-organised kitchen, with abundant storage space. It feels much more like sharing a family home than some anonymous rental. The perfect place to slow down and relax.
