Thoughtfully restored with modern interiors and open plan living areas, Gardeners Cottage is the ideal location for groups of families and friends. Situated on the Fring private estate, this unique holiday cottage has seasonal access to an outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis courts, as well as formal gardens and estate parkland.
Escape to the truly gorgeous Gardener's Cottage, set in a beautiful and very peaceful rural location with access to the walled garden, within the parkland and grounds of Fring Hall. Just a short drive to Brancaster beach and sleeping up to ten guests, its a fabulous cottage for group gatherings or families wanting to spend quality time together.
This lovely detached house was completely renovated and restored in 2015 - with an bright and welcoming open plan living and kitchen space which gives direct access to the gardens through the huge bi-fold doors. The top quality bespoke kitchen has everything you need including a marbled-topped central island, five-ring ceramic hob and large American style fridge-freezer. You can dine outside or in with tables which seat up to sixteen, perfect for celebrating special occasions. Comfortable sofas around a large wood burning stove, and wall-mounted television with Sky and DVD player make this room equally cosy in winter. There's also a generous snug room for larger groups to spread out and relax.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious bedroom with a super-king bed. The remaining three beautiful bedrooms on the first floor, all super-king size, are all equally generous and stylish. The master has an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower cubicle, and the family bathroom also has bath and separate shower.
The private courtyard allows you to enjoy the formal garden during your stay. You can make use of the shared tennis court and outdoor heating swimming pool during the summer months. And of course, you are only ten minutes drive from the nearest pub and shop and Brancaster beach. With some beautiful country walks right on your doorstep too, you will fall in love with the serenity and special location this property sits in.

Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a small additional charge of £10 per dog, per night.

Swimming pool and tennis court are open May to September, 10am to 4pm. They are shared by guests at all the properties between these times, outside of this the hall has exclusive use.
Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot.

We had a lovely four day stay at the Gardenerâs Cottage. Such a great place, we wished it had been longer. Definitely a cottage to revisit soon. Many thanks to the team there and at the brilliant Norfolk Hideaways.

Beautiful property suited our familyâs needs very well. We were a family of 7 with 2 dogs. We were met at the property by Victoria from Fring Estate who introduced us to the property. Wonderful welcome basket with treats and snacks and fresh flowers. We utilised recommendations from Fring Estate website "Ginger & Juice" for pre-prepared meals. Excellent and catered for vegetarian and Gluten Free dietary requirements. Also used "Dabbling Duck" public house / restaurant for Sunday lunch again excellent. Would definitely use Fring Estate properties in future. Beautiful environment for a relaxing family weekend.
