A wonderful single-storey barn-style holiday cottage, one of a small group of four, ideally located just a short walk from the sandy beach in the popular West Norfolk seaside town of Hunstanton. This lovely cottage offers spacious accommodation and is equipped to a high standard with vaulted ceilings and natural oak beams. There is an open-plan living area providing plush seating, a dining area, and a well-equipped, fitted kitchen area. French doors lead you into a large, shared courtyard garden with seating, ideal for relaxing after a busy day on the beach or exploring the local attractions. Return indoors to rest in one of two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, both serviced by a spacious bathroom.
Within easy walking distance you will find the Sealife Centre, swimming pool, funfair and town centre offering a good selection of shops, tea rooms and a theatre performing lively shows, along with several locations for birdwatching and fishing. Sandringham Estate is just a short drive away, where you can walk in the footsteps of the Queen at Sandringham House or visit the splendid gardens. Spend a day exploring the many attractive villages which line this beautiful part of the Norfolk coastline. At Wells-next-the-Sea you can enjoy fish and chips while sitting on the sea wall watching the world passing you by or enjoy afternoon tea in one of the many tea rooms you will pass along this attractive coastal road.

On the western side of the East Norfolk Coastline is the award-winning seaside community of Hunstanton, also known as Sunny Hunny, which is recognised for its breathtaking ocean sunsets. Hunstanton is a wonderful holiday resort for families. The seashore with promenade includes bowling, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade Gardens, theatre, clean, sandy beaches, donkey rides, and sea tours in an amphibious vessel in addition to rock and candyfloss booths, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowling, golfing, and bowling. Numerous events are hosted throughout the year in the town, and on Sunday afternoons a band frequently plays at the bandstand on the green next to the beach, serenading visitors and sunbathers. You come across the vividly coloured cliff walls with intriguing rock pools as you go along the beach in the direction of Old Hunstanton. Along with kite and wind surfers, sunbathers frequent the beach at Old Hunstanton. A wide range of attractions, including NT properties, market towns, and flint villages, are located within a 20-mile radius and have plenty to offer every member of the family.

Fortunately one of the other guests advised us where we should go! This does not reflect on the owner of the property at all as she was most helpful. It might be worth changing the property numbers on the website.

The owner was kind to us and flexible with timings and parking, which we really appreciated with our young children. Well equipped kitchen, we just needed a bigger cafetière âï¸! We had a great stay.

Both buildings were immaculate, comfortable, and finished to a high standard, giving us plenty of space while still keeping the group close together. âWhat really stood out, however, was how easy everything was. The communication from the host was brilliant from start to finishâvery responsive and clear, making the logistics of coordinating two different properties completely stress-free. The location is spot on, and the check-in process was seamless. A solid 5-star stay; we would definitely book here again.
