Enter this property via the main entrance hallway on the ground floor, this leads off to the lounge area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a lovely wood burner effect gas fire, perfect for adding ambiance to any cosy night in with loved ones. There is also a cocktail bar so stock up and get creative with evening drinks. The formal dining room has enough seating for all guests to enjoy an evening meal together, and head through the archway from here to the games room with a sofa and chairs and a pool table for family fun together, there is also a Smart TV and Bluetooth Sound Bar in this room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with everything the designated chef needs to lovingly prepare a hearty meal for the group. Completing the ground floor is the garden room with two sofas and a table and chairs where you can enjoy the morning sun and a leisurely breakfast, plus the downstairs cloakroom with WC. Heading up the stairs, there is another separate cloakroom with WC on the half landing. Upstairs, gorgeous sea views can be enjoyed from all front-facing bedrooms, where you can watch the boats sail by. The first floor has a family bathroom and four bedrooms consisting of two double rooms, each with en-suite shower room, a twin room, and another super-king double. Pinewood House is a charming period property that has evolved over time and retains many original features. This includes low door frames, low ceilings and beams, uneven floors, and multiple internal and external steps. These characteristics contribute to its unique character but may present challenges for guests with mobility or visual impairments. Furthermore, the property is fitted with traditional sash windows, and we ask that you use the window locks and child safety keys provided, and children are not left unattended in rooms where windows are open or unlocked. Guests are advised to consider these factors carefully before making a booking.
