Guests say

Guests have praised 'Jolie' for its cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped kitchen, highlighting the provision of essentials upon arrival. The lodge's furnishings are appreciated for their high standard, and the property is noted for its quiet location. Some guests mentioned minor maintenance issues and the need for better WiFi connectivity.

Reviewers consistently describe the lodge as very clean, with several comments specifically mentioning the cleanliness of the accommodation.

While the lodge is described as being in a quiet area and having a nice location at the back of the site, there are insufficient details to accurately assess the overall location quality.

The lodge receives high praise for comfort, with guests finding the seating, beds, and bedding to be superb. The only detractor is a single mention of a sharp toilet seat hinge.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. However, points are deducted for comments on the need for WiFi improvement and the condition of the outdoor furniture.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches such as the provision of hand-wash, toilet roll, and washing up liquid on arrival. No gifts are mentioned, so while the property is thoughtful in its provision of essentials, it cannot be guaranteed that gifts will be provided.

. Cooker door does not close so unable to use. Impacted our holiday as my husband is disabled and unable to eat out. This is despite owner getting feedback about this on 13th September. This should have been rectified. 2. The shower over the bath leaks flooding the floor near the toilet making it a real hazard for the elderly or disabled. Again this impacted on our holiday as we were only able to use the ensuite is small for a disabled person. After the cleaners arrive a day early a plumber was called but said he could not rectify the situation. This happened late morning the day before we were due to leave! Had we been aware of these 2 problems we would not have booked this property and are left feeling disappointed. We wonder if Sykes monitor the state of their rental properties because although this property looks good on line it's a tired and is definitely needs refurbishment.

We felt that the metal decking furniture needed replacing as very rusty and flaking.

It has everything you need and more. If you need WiFi though, that is really bad.I got an email when I got home about the procedure for leaving the property,I think it would be helpful if it was in the red folder. Other than that a very comfortable lodge, beds especially
