Sleepy Gull is a bright, comfortable and cheerful cottage, suitable for a small family or a small group who like to be close to the beach.Tucked back from the main road of this popular north west Norfolk village, this hideaway is beautifully presented with a fresh nautical feel making it an inviting home from home by the sea.
On the ground floor, the comfortable sitting room becomes a haven for relaxation with a wood burning stove that emits cosy warmth and romantic ambient light on chillier evenings. Hunker down to watch a film on the Smart television or indulge your competitive side by playing the board games. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, and offers plenty of worktop space for rustling up delicious meals. A dining table for six means you can share good food and conversation as lasting holiday memories are made. Upstairs on the first floor, the bedroom has a king-size wrought iron bed and is served by a luxurious bathroom. Being situated at the top of The Wash estuary Sleepy Gull is ideally located for spring and autumn bird migration enthusiasts as it is close to Titchwell, Holme and Snettisham nature reserves.

Great cost cottage. Ideally located for our annual birdwatching break. Very well equipped and easy to warm up after a day spent in the cold. Had everything we needed and more.
