It was fantastic having a fully enclosed garden to the rear, failing that at the entrance to the housing estate their was a field which appears would have wild flowers in the summer months to look at if you just want to stretch the dogs legs a little bit more. Recommendation would definitely be Brancaster beach, sheringham beach and sheringham Park.. we had a full day at holkham hall and holkham beach. The grounds at holkham were dog friendly but obviously not the hall itself. Each day we would do around 20k steps on the beach's and in the woodlands, it's a fantastic area if you enjoy longer walks, we will definitely be back.

The property was lovely we were really thrilled when we were looking round. The only issue we had was the bed linen in the main bedroom. It was uncomfortable trying to sleep, didn’t feel like 100% cotton and felt thin (do they need discarding?). It just made going to sleep difficult. We did a couple of walks on the promenade at Hunstanton. Had fish and chips at Henry’s (10/10) which was recommended in the accommodation information booklet which was very informative. We would definitely recommend this property and location. Thanks you to the owners.

It is spotless, well presented and comfortable The listing by Sykes was mis-leading giving 2 post codes and quoting Hunstanton 6 miles away when it is only 1 mile away
