Location, location, location! This fabulous, detached beach house presents a wonderful opportunity to stay within touching distance of the golden sands and the glorious sunsets of Old Hunstanton beach. Simply walk out of the gate and go straight onto the sea!
Inside, the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living space comprising a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room. Flooded with natural light from numerous windows, it's the perfect place to relax, dine together or gather after a day by the sea. Large doors provide a seamless connection to the decked terrace, allowing everyone to spread out while remaining together.
The accommodation is arranged across the ground and first floors, offering three king-size bedrooms and a bunk room with full-size bunk beds. Three well-appointed bathrooms ensure larger groups are comfortably accommodated. Dressed in crisp, quality linens, the bedrooms provide a level of comfort that goes well beyond the typical beach retreat.
Outside, the unrivalled location takes centre stage once again, with the beach café and shoreline just beyond the garden fence. The enclosed deck is furnished for al fresco dining and comfortably seats eight guests, with a gas barbecue provided for relaxed summer evenings. To the rear, a private garden with a small lawn and mature planting offers a peaceful spot to unwind or enjoy the sunshine. Off-road parking for two cars is an added bonus, particularly during the busy summer months.

The house is really good and the beds are super comfy! The best thing is the secret gate to the beach.Recommend: Bircham Windmill, Wash Monster (Searles Sea Tours), Funfair at Hunstanton (you can see it from the boat!), RNLI station (practice rescue on Sundays and kids water safety club).

What a wonderful cottage. Excellent facilities, clean, homely with the BEST location. I am already looking at 2026 dates, so we're hoping to return soon! The Pet Shop Boys at Sandringham was a holiday highlight this year! Recommend Henry's fish and chips in Hunstanton, Wells-next-the-Sea, Sheringham, Old Town Beach Cafe Old Hunstanton (staff are very friendly, vegan ice cream five star). Thank you for having us.
