Situated on the fringes of the historic town, and enjoying proximity to shops and eateries, it is less than 5 miles from the beach at Salthouse.
Enter to discover bright, welcoming accommodation. Slip off your beach shoes or walking boots and head through to the kitchen/diner to unpack the fresh Norfolk samphire and strawberries you have bought on your trip out. Open the doors on summer days so everyone can wander straight out into the garden. Make a cup of tea to enjoy up at the breakfast bar before starting to prepare the next feast for your family or friends. Call everyone through to the dining room to eat. The long lounge, which also has doors to the garden, features a Smart TV and great selection of books and games to keep you busy. A WC and a study are also downstairs. When you are ready to turn in, make your way up to the first floor, where a king-size bedroom and a twin each have an en-suite shower room and there is a twin room, plus a super-king-size with a bed that can also be set up singles if discussed in advance. The family bathroom is also up here. Spill out into the garden to soak up the Norfolk sunshine, play games with the children on the lawn and grill supper on the BBQ.
Catch a heritage steam train from Holt to Cromer along the North Norfolk Railway. Plan a trip out to beautiful Blakeney, 6.5 miles away, to take a boat trip out to see the seals.
