Guests find Temple End Cottage in Blakeney a cosy and comfortable retreat, with a well-equipped kitchen and a delightful garden. The property is praised for its ideal location for coastal walks and proximity to local amenities. While some guests mention challenges with the Aga and access, the overall experience is positive, with particular appreciation for the cottage's charm and cleanliness.

The cottage is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with no negative comments on cleanliness, suggesting a high standard is upheld.

The location is highly regarded for its convenience to Blakeney village and the coast path, despite some concerns about tricky access to the property.

Comfort is frequently mentioned, with the cottage being described as cosy and the sofas comfortable. However, some guests found the annex and stairs less accommodating.

Facilities are generally appreciated, especially the bathroom and garden. However, there are mixed reviews on the Aga and concerns about the lack of freezer space, which affects the score.

A warm and comfortable cottage with a cosy sitting room and good bedroom and bathroom. We did not consider this to be a 2 bedroom cottage as the 2nd bedroom is 50 yards away, through wind rain and cold, in a shed. It is cramped and feels unwelcoming with a cold floor. We consider that the description on the website is quite misleading. The kitchen is spacious but has no freezer space at all which is limiting. Although there were 2 fridges only one worked. Cooking is done on an electric Aga which is difficult if you have no experience of an Aga. We either burnt or failed to cook meals! Perhaps an air fryer would be a useful addition? Vehicular access to and from the property is hazardous and dangerous and not for the faint hearted. However Blakeney and the whole coast is a beautiful area.

A well equipped cottage ideal for a cosy winter break. The practical layout, and extra touches such as the footstool in the lounge, outside sink for boot washing, separate bath and shower, plus plenty of logs for the wood burner made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We found that the Aga warmed up reasonably quickly and was fairly easy to use. Entering and leaving the loke by car was a bit tricky to start with but we soon got used to it and there are mirrors to assist when pulling out onto the road. If you are thinking of taking frozen food or ice cream, be aware that there isn't a freezer and neither of the two fridges have a freezer compartment.
