The contemporary holiday home is located just outside Holt, approximately 1.5 miles from its town centre. Sleeping eight guests and with spacious social areas both indoors and outside, the property is ideal for family get-togethers and holidays with friends. Holt boasts a wonderful array of independent shops and eateries, as well as beautiful woodland walks in Holt Country Park.
Enter the property and into the hallway, where there’s ample space to store your outdoor gear. From here, move into the bright lounge, which is decorated in hues of blue and has a subtle nautical theme. Stretch out on the comfortable sofas to read a book or watch the Smart TV. Come together in the sociable kitchen/diner, where you can whip up feasts for the group to share around the gorgeous wooden dining table overlooking the garden. There’s also a handy office area on the ground floor, along with a utility room. The four elegant bedrooms are upstairs – choose from a double, two king-sizes, and one super-king-size. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and there’s also a stylish family bathroom. The property has a fantastic garden that’s fully enclosed with a large lawn for playing games and a patio, furniture and BBQ for outdoor entertaining.
Head into Holt to explore its boutiques and galleries, before hopping on the heritage steam train to visit the coast and the Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham (6 miles). Here, you’ll find a wide expanse of golden sand, colourful beach huts, and cute gift shops and eateries. Wildlife enthusiasts must pay a visit to Blakeney Point (you can catch a ferry from Morston Quay, 8 miles away), where you can take exhilarating coastal walks to admire the rare sea birds and resident colony of grey seals.
