This 8 berth caravan is in fabulous condition.

It is complete with all mod cons including central heating and a fully fitted kitchen to ensure a very comfortable holiday at all times of the year for families and couples alike.

The caravan is set in a very tranquil surroundings with its own private garden.

There is minimal light pollution in the area where this holiday home is set, which is great for stargazing.

All of the On-Site Staff go out of their way to be friendly & helpful. There really is something for everyone to do on-site.

The caravan (BK Linear 40FT x 13FT) has a vaulted ceiling and large windows giving the open plan living area a very light, spacious feel.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a large built-in fridge freezer, microwave oven, gas oven and separate grill, 4 ring gas hob with an extractor fan over and dishwasher.

This is a significantly up to date modern caravan (Wider than standard) with 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins.

The bedrooms have ample storage/wardrobes.

The lounge also has a bed settee which converts into a comfortable small double bed.

All bed linen and towels provided.

Please bring your own towels for swimming pool and beach use.

Please bring your own cot bedding if you wish to use it.

There is a good-sized bathroom with a large very efficient shower, toilet and washbasin.

The comfortable lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa with a coffee table.

There is a Freeview television with a DVD player, and a selection of DVDs to pick from.

You will find a free-standing dining table in the dining area that seats 6 people.

Attached to the caravan is a porch that has further additional space with a collection of games and toys for children and adults.

Double patio doors open from the lounge to a veranda with a table, chairs and parasol for outdoor dining.

Travel cot and booster chair attachment are available free of charge.

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy. Visit nearby Letheringsett Mill, Norfolk's only flour producing watermill, or travel just five miles from Holt to the beautiful North Norfolk coast with its lovely coastal villages. Within easy travelling distance are National Trust Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall, the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer and the city of Norwich.
