Holiday Home Main Facilities:

Bathroom with shower and en-suite toilet to master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils and crockery. Spacious, light and airy lounge with corner unit sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD, and a selection of board games. Free standing dining table with four chairs adjacent to kitchen area.

The holiday home can accommodate six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted cupboards and an en-suite toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted cupboards. A double sofa bed is to be found in the lounge.

Bed linen, towels and tea-towels are provided. Thus guests only need to bring their own beach towels. Toilet rolls are also provided. There is also a fully equipped picnic basket which can be used for outings during the day.

Outside there is ample parking for two cars on the fully fenced plot. A picnic table is provided, as well as external decking to two sides which was installed in 2022. There is also a shed on the plot, containing a charcoal barbecue and a table and garden chairs for the decking, which can also be used for storing guests' cycles. Entry to the holiday home is via three steps with a handrail onto the decking.

Minimum booking term is 3 nights.

Please note, there is no WiFi in the holiday home, but WiFi can be accessed in the main plaza where the bar and restaurants area.

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy. Visit nearby Letheringsett Mill, Norfolk's only flour producing watermill, or travel just five miles from Holt to the beautiful North Norfolk coast with its lovely coastal villages. Within easy travelling distance are National Trust Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall, the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer and the city of Norwich.
