A modern and superbly styled detached cottage, Little Soames is configured over a single level and is located in the charming Georgian town of Holt, which boasts an exciting array of independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. A beautiful bolthole, Little Soames is wonderfully situated for discovering all that North Norfolk and its stunning coastline has to offer.
This spacious accommodation will not disappoint. There are three gorgeously decorated bedrooms, two hosting king-size beds. The master bedroom features an accompanying contemporary en-suite shower room and access to a private courtyard outside through double-doors that flood the room with natural light. The third bedroom hosts 3ft twin beds, and is served by a spacious family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over. The living environment is functional, light, airy and of open-plan design. The well-equipped modern kitchen features an electric oven and induction hob, set with plenty of worktop space. A great stage for any enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a delicious spread. Invite your guests to pull up to the kitchen island to keep the conversation flowing as you cook. After a day well spent in the great outdoors, the large inviting L-shaped sofa with sumptuous soft furnishings beckons you to nestle together and watch a film on the Smart television. The sitting area brings the outside in through large bi-fold doors that open out to the fully enclosed courtyard garden. Ideal for children and dogs to play safely. The courtyard offers seating for six people around a stylish wooden table, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some of North Norfolk's local produce.

Lovely property in a fabulous location. Perfect for exploring the North Norfolk coast. The house has a contemporary feel and is really well equipped. The secure outdoor space to the rear of the property is safe for dogs, and it is a perfect sun trap for morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely modern bungalow in a really good location. Only 5 minutes walk into the centre of Holt. The bungalow was very well equipped and very comfortable. The welcome pack was appreciated. A really good place to stay in Holt.
