The garden is fully-enclosed and secure for children to play safely while the sun goes down and you prepare an alfresco evening meal. Unusually, the sitting room, with Smart television, is on the first floor, along two bedrooms; one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower, the other with 3' twin beds which has the family bathroom - with bath - next door. If you enjoy walking, you can easily access on foot the woodland walks of Holt Country Park, and the Norfolk Coastal Path can be reached within ten minutes by car. There are many picture-perfect seaside villages and towns to explore and numerous sandy beaches on which to enjoy a picnic (packed full of Holt's fabulous local produce!) or a swim in the sea.
