Number 27 is a stunning Grade II listed property situated in the heart of the vibrant Georgian market town of Holt, ideal for a family, couples or groups of friends any time of the year. The house has been beautifully styled by a highly regarded local interior designer and the quality of finishings and furnishings are exemplary throughout.

Dating back to the 18th Century, this stunning bolthole is a luxurious three bedroom home with off street parking and a courtyard garden. The cottage features a fantastic open-plan sitting / dining room, which creates a sociable yet cosy space to relax and enjoy time together. There is a wood burning stove to warm cold toes in the winter and outside is a courtyard garden area to enjoy alfresco dining in the summer months. There is even a home office should you have to do a bit of work whilst you are away. The kitchen is hand crafted in bleached pine and with the pantry off, providing the perfect place to rustle up some breakfast or prepare a delicious dinner if you are not dining out. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms arranged off the hallway. The master bedroom, with a super-king size bed, has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with both a free standing bath and large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms, both with king-size beds, are a great size and share a stunning family shower room. Approached through double gates off the street, there is a gravelled area for parking one car (further parking is available two minutes away at the long stay car park) and a charming courtyard garden area with a pergola and bench to provide shade in the summer.

Number 27's location is hard to beat as it is only a stroll from Holt's fabulous High Street which is bursting with uniquely individual shops and extensive amenities. The Owl Tearooms and Two Magpies are a must for delicious pastries and cakes, and for a very special occasion, five minutes walk away is Michelin star restaurant Meadowsweet. The coast at Weybourne is just over ten minutes away by car and the rest of the wonderful North Norfolk coastline - including Salthouse, Cley, Blakeney, and Morston - is all within super-easy reach.

    Very nice accommodation - great furnishings, stylish and very comfortable. You immediately feel at home. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The location in the heart of Holt is also very convenient.
