Lovely cottage for our Xmas stay, nice welcome gift from the owners of mince pies and chocolates. Great location Holt is a lovely town. The house was very clean. Hot tub was amazing watching the stars most nights. Only minor negative the fridge is rather small and there were no condiments. Knowing all that I would book again👍👍

Very nice house easy walking distance from holt, maybe a little far if you’re not fully able bodied. But there’s a bus stop near by as well that takes you to holt and local areas.Everything in the property is lovely maybe would work better for one couple or a family than two couples, but it’s a very nice place to stay and would happily recommend
