The spacious dual aspect living area flows into a superb fitted kitchen with breakfast area where doors open to the enclosed and private courtyard garden. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a spacious master bedroom, with his and hers wardrobes, a deluxe en-suite bathroom and a fully glazed wall overlooking the garden, and a single bedroom with wide access into both the room and adjacent wetroom. Upstairs are two king-size bedrooms, and a family bathroom.

An ideal base for couples, families and friends around the year, there is plenty locally for holidaymakers to see and do whatever your inclination. With secure cycle storage available, sporty types can bring their bikes, or might want to try out water based activities such as sailing, canoeing, swimming (a private swimming pool is available to hire locally), or fishing. If you enjoy a slower pace of life, hire a cruiser and take a gentle tour of the Norfolk Broads. Birdwatchers and nature lovers are spoilt for choice and nearby How Hill and Alderfen nature reserves can be reached via the on-farm circular walks.
