The Homestead and Black Cat Barn was nicely furnished and comfortable in the living space. We thought that the fridge freezer needed more capacity for the number of people the house can accommodate. More comprehensive instructions for the heating and Aga would have been useful. The house is very well equipped with boxed games etc and the garden is very safe for animals and children. We very much appreciated the Christmas trees and decorations that were put in the house for us and for the Christmas cake and mince pies.

Homestead, wat a wonderful stay we have had! We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely accommodation and fab garden games! Everything we could need and more. In particular, we had a superb meal at the Foundry Arms in Northrepps which catered for gluten free, vegetarian/ vegan and doggie guests. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable with delicious home-cooked food. Place we enjoyed visiting were: Holt (a lovely town with independent shops/ cafes), Mundersley beach (nice ice-cream and dog friendly, plus plenty of parking close to the beach) and a fantastic seal trip to Blakeney point. If you have any spare time, a boat trip on the Broads is thoroughly worth it! As you can probably tell, we have had a fabulous holiday! Thank you. R Family
