Continue straight ahead to enter the vast sociable living/dining space; the true heart of the house. Stretching out to form two inviting sitting areas, and opening out into the private, enclosed garden at the back of the house. To the far end sits a very smart high-tech well-equipped fitted kitchen that provides everything that any enthusiastic cooks could need. A generous-sized utility room with a side entrance door is the perfect spot for drying off large and small people, and any four-legged friends, after a day spent exploring in the big outdoors. The choice of two sitting rooms allows everyone to spread out. Both offer big comfy sofas and a widescreen Smart television with SkyQ, meaning there is no need to fight over the remote!

You don't really need to venture far if you wish to remain local. However, with stunning beaches on the doorstep, endless walks along the North Norfolk coastal path, an array of historic estates and plenty of charming coastal villages to explore, you might not be able to sit still for too long!
