This is a lovely property with lots of thoughtful extras to ensure your stay is enjoyable. It has a charming enclosed courtyard garden, which is accessed from the kitchen.
Children love Wells for its many amusements, crabbing from the Quay, its boating lake and beach hut lined sands - a day at the beach can be easily filled and it is often a favourite spot for families.
The Wells to Holkham walk, either via the beach or pine woods, takes you through a North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a great thing to do at any time of year. You can stop at The Victoria at Holkham for a drink and snack before either walking, or catching the Coasthopper bus service back to Wells.

One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
Please note this cottage is on the coast road so there is some traffic noise to the front of the house.
