  We've had a fantastic week in this beautiful house, thank you! There's so much to do even without having to leave wells - walking to the beach, crabbing on the harbour, wondering around the shops... Lots of great places to eat too - some how managed to get into The Globe for Sunday dinner without booking, and also enjoyed meals at The Bowling Green Inn (handily around the corner!) and the pigs in Edgefield. Enjoyed the train to Walsingham and a trip to Holkham Hall. The playground was a huge hit! Also loved ice creams from pretty much every outlet in Wells, and the playground behind. Perfect location as we've been able to walk everywhere, and so handy to have the Coop down the road. We love the house too - if you're ever thinking of selling up, let us know! we'd love to come back and hope to make a future booking - will be getting pestered by our children until we do! Thank you!   Fantastic cottage that''s well located for Wells We stayed here for a week in May. It was beautifully kept, everything was clean and tidy, and all appliances / furniture / equipment was of top quality brands and in excellent condition. We didn't want for anything as all possible things had been provided for us. We loved sitting out in the south facing garden in the sun, listening to the many birds cheeping away. It's very private and quiet. The location is great, it's only a 5 minute walk into Wells which was ideal for us. And of course with Wells itself being central to the North Norfolk Coast, it was a great base for exploring the breadth of it. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this cottage. Thank you for helping us to have such a lovely break.

  Great cottage in a brilliant location. Recently enjoyed a stay at The Constable's House. It was in a brilliant location for accessing all the local shops, galleries, cafes, pubs, entertainment, harbour, beach etc. on foot as well as not too far from other places that were well worth a visit by car.The cottage was extremely spacious, cosy, clean and well furnished and equipped with lots of interesting artwork in every room. Special mention must be made of the comfortable beds and lovely bed linen and towels. Quiet location, lovely to hear the birds singing.The welcome pack was a nice touch and the handbook provided contained so much useful information. Alpacas passing the house, being taken for walks was an unusual sight which we really enjoyed!Would highly recommend.

  A lovely large and comfortable, well equipped holiday home with on road parking directly outside for one car and its own private patio garden with seating area set on the The Buttlands. There are two good pubs on the square which both serve great food, as does the seafood restaurant near the quay. ( advance booking essential) The property is spacious and furnished to a good standard, well maintained and very clean. A welcome pack which included handmade Norfolk cookies, conserve, marmalade, crisps and apple juice from Sandringham was appreciated as was the ability to take our two well behaved dogs. We enjoyed a pleasant long weekend( only marred by the inclement weather) but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

  As a family we have stayed here twice now and hope to do so again in the future to make more memories. This time we had an extra family member, my grand daughter, and the facilities for her were very good. The only suggestion I could make with regards the kitchen is a larger fridge, as there were 6 adults and a baby we struggled with the size of the fridge. The beds are extremely comfortable, lovely spacious sitting room and lovely to have a separate dining room. I know Norfolk extremely well and particularly the Wells area, Casamaria is situated ideally for everything that we wanted to do and places to visit.
