We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Barn Court. We were all surprised at just how large this property is and how well it caters for all staying. We loved the size of the kitchen and dining areas, plenty of room for cooking and socialising. If I could recommend any improvements it would be some more trays for use in the oven, more cooking utensils and a plug for the sink. Aside from this, we found everything we needed.The rooms are well equipped and nicely decorated, enough bathrooms for each family was a bonus. We did struggle a little with the hot water and showers, so just ended up staggering who showered when and problem solved.Beds are comfy and we all slept well. The lounge is another large room and again is well equipped, even some games should you need them.The garden area is a sun trap, we enjoyed lunch and drinks outside which was wonderful during March.We didnt visit any local pubs but did go to Wroxham (3 miles) and to Cromer for a seaside walk (30 mins away).Overall I would recommend Barn Court for a large gathering as it really does have all you need to enjoy time together.

It was a lovely place to stay. We had an issue with the hot tub, so only got to use it for one day/night.We did struggle with the oven as there were no instructions. Great place for a family get together

Nice spacious property. Ideally for large family gatherings or multiple families wanting a base to explore Norfolk. Slight negatives were that the hot tub water wasn’t clean, a few areas are starting to show wear & tear and the heating system needs some figuring out when it’s locked.
