Excellent location, very welcoming and clean, it had everything available for an amazing and enjoyable family holiday, the only t I would change, is a larger hot tub for the size of the house

Brilliant week staying at this property, was perfect for our needs (6 adults, 4 kids), in terms of space and location.Kids loved the movie/games room, basketball hoops and trampoline. Adults all made use of the gym equipment available. Plenty of kitchen utensils, which isn't always the case.Only slight issues was the entrance gate not always closing and a the gym doors being a bit stiff. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

This is a fab place for a family holiday. We loved that it was all on one level & that really suited my parents. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us, dogs were also free, my granddaughter loved the trampoline, everyone loved the hot tub. The games room was also well used & the outdoor space was fab. A welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Wroxham was a great day for sailing on the Broads, The Golden Fish Chinese was great & there are some lovely pubs by the riverside. One little gem was the Farm Shop at Salhouse just down the road & Jason’s fish & chip shop also in Salhouse was excellent. Bewilderwood is local for the kids & definitely worth a day out. The only issues we had were with the hot water which was not always available, some of the doors stuck & the electric gate didn’t always shut properly. We did have a lovely holiday.
