Nice spacious property. Ideally for large family gatherings or multiple families wanting a base to explore Norfolk. Slight negatives were that the hot tub water wasn’t clean, a few areas are starting to show wear & tear and the heating system needs some figuring out when it’s locked.

This is a beautiful house, ideal for a large group with different breakout areas, games room, gym, large comfortable lounge and separate kitchen/dining area. We experienced a few issues though. The house felt cold when we arrived, and took a few days to heat up. Thermostats were locked but we managed to work them out. Heating didn’t work in one bedroom. The electricity tripped 3 times during our stay which affected the hot water and we ended up with no hot water in the bathrooms from day 2. One electric shower between 10 of us! No response from booking agent as office was closed over Christmas. When the electricity tripped it locked us in and we had to navigate the stiff gym door to unlock the main door from outside. We made the most of everything and still managed to have a lovely stay.

We had a great stay in the house. The only thing we would suggest is to have a bit more info on how to work the electric doors with the fob. Front door was ok, but the door in the cinema room and kitchen were quite difficult to work out. Also, the backdoor in the gym that we was told it was stiff,it is now very very very stiff and took a lot of effort to open it.
