The cottage is everything we need, right accommodation, right place, easy parking. This was our second visit to Barn Owl and it is ideal for what we need and where we need to be.Our visits to Norfolk are a combination of family [local] visits and to see friends. Being so close to the A1270 Broadlad Northway enables us to easily travel to the various destinations we need to reach.

We booked this on a whim as it was dog friendly. The cottage was clean and well-presented and the bed was so comfortable. The location is very good - good bus service if you fancied leaving the car behind. Great dog walking area out the back gate or a short drive to Broadlands country park for a longer walk. Would definitely come back. Lovely, helpful staff as well!
