The house and location are superb, particularly if you have dogs as there is a beautiful sandy beach 150 yards away. The house is fully equipped and extremely comfortable.The only downside is the state of Mill Lane and the private roads through the Newlands Estate which are full of potholes and likely to cause vehicular damage or personal injury.I have booked again for next year.

What a find! Pristine accommodation, wonderfully equipped and very comfortable and homely. The location is perfect and we enjoyed beach walks in wintery sunshine everyday of our stay. My son was thrilled with his birthday treats too, a very kind touch. Thank you. We are sure to keep this on our revisit list. Outstanding place.

Lovely home,couldn't fault location or house,but road leading up to house really bad with craters, probably wouldn't book again because of this,but had a wonderful stay,thankyou **
