Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. In a splendid position within walking distance of the excellent sandy beach, this traditional detached family home enjoys an enclosed lawned garden. Comfortably furnished throughout, offering wonderful holiday accommodation for families and friends wishing to holiday together. The house is equipped with all modern day comforts and has been extensively renovated over the winter period, it has a remodelled and renewed kitchen, new staircase creating a useful utility room below and first floor separate study.
Sea Palling has a glorious sandy beach, a paradise for children, which is backed with dunes, perfect for beach picnics, and some areas are open to dogs. The beach is popular for sightings of local sea colonies and it has a lifeguard and boat launching facility. The local shop and pub are just 500 yards away and it is ideally placed to take advantage of the myriad attractions on offer. The village also has a café, fish and chip shop, pub with music (seasonal) which serves food all day, an amusement arcade, children’s playground and a water sports shop, which also hires water sports equipment. There is also an independent Farm shop and a separate butchers which is a two minute drive from the property.
An easy drive is the Norfolk Broads which is a haven for wildlife. The expanse of waterways is best explored by boat, and daily motor launch hire and river trips are available daily with plenty of riverside restaurants and picnic opportunities along the way. Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, is 12 miles away. For children, visit the treetop adventure park of Bewilderwood at Horning, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade and Thrigby Wildlife Park.
The traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth, 16 miles, has a fun fair and amusements, or continue along the coastal path to Winterton-on-Sea. Further afield are the seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham, famous for shell fish and the Poppy Line Steam Railway. Further along the coastal route are rspb and salt marsh nature reserves for excellent walks and bird watching opportunities. Boat trips to visit the basking seal colonies at Blakeney Point Nature Reserve are available from both Blakeney and Morston Quay. The city of Norwich, 20 miles, has excellent shopping, two indoor shopping centres, cafés, restaurants, a theatre, cinema complex, castle museum and cathedral. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Church Farm House. We had beautiful weather and were only a short walk to the beach. The house was fully supplied and we had all we needed and more. Lovely touch from the hosts with the welcome gifts they were much appreciated. Fab house will definitely be back!!

Absolutely loved our holiday at Church Farm House. Great welcome pack on arrival. The house was spotlessly clean , kitchen well equipped, Lovely secure garden for our dog. The beds were super comfy and the showers excellent. The owners have put a lot of effort into this beautiful house to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. We all loved it and will definitely stay here again.
