We had a VIP lodge but we were disappointed it could do with a large set of draws in the master bedroom, a dishwasher ( something we have come expect with a Hoseasons lodge of this price) it could do with a towel rail in the bathroom. The rear deck area is not really suitable for children or dogs, having large gaps for them to escape thorough. We also had a lot of flies each day, not sure where they were coming from.Overall it was a nice lodge but could do with some improvements.

We enjoyed our stay in the lodges. They’re very basic but have everything you need. The first travel cot we were given for our baby was very dirty and smelly but this was solved the next morning once reported. The staff are so lovely and really approachable and always seemed cheerful which is lovely. The onsite cafe is amazing, the breakfast was lovely and the coffee was perfect. I think the lodges should have closed off gardens as on our last night we had new neighbours who let their children and dogs run in and out of our garden and banging on our door, this isn’t the sites fault but feel if the gardens were more private this would be better. Other than this we had a lovely stay and would recommend!
