Renowned for its unique waterways and plenty of wildlife, the Norfolk Broads, known as the Venice of the East, can be explored by boat or on foot from Wroxham, less than 1 mile away.

Enter via a rear porch before stepping through to the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a hearty meal or celebratory dinner. Eat together in the beautiful dining room, boasting a chunky wooden table, art deco furnishings and double doors opening onto the garden. Choose from two lounges to unwind in the evening, sink into the comfortable seating, and enjoy chatting or watching a movie on the Smart TV. You’ll find three bedrooms on the ground floor: a super-king-size, a double and a bunk room suitable for adults and children. There is also a shower room on this level. Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom and three more bedrooms - one super-king-size, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The wooden jetty is gated, although you should be careful with younger children.

If you prefer the sand between your toes, the coastline less than 20 miles away, so bring your buckets, spades, and water sports gear for a day on the beach at Great Yarmouth (19 miles).
