Guests say

Otters cottage in Norwich offers a well-located stay in the heart of Wroxham, close to local shops, eateries, and attractions. Guests appreciate the spacious, comfortable rooms and the well-equipped kitchen. The views of the broads add to the charm, though some guests suggest updates to decor and furnishings would enhance the experience.

The property is generally described as clean, with specific praise for the kitchen. However, some guests noted issues such as curtains hanging off rails and sofas that could be cleaner, indicating room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its convenience to local amenities, restaurants, and the marina, making it an ideal base for exploring Wroxham and the Norfolk Broads.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the property spacious. However, comments about outdated and worn sofas, as well as a need for better heating in some rooms, suggest that comfort could be enhanced.

The property is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and guests are satisfied with the amenities provided. Nonetheless, there are several mentions of the need for updates and maintenance, such as broken blinds and a need for new appliances.

While guests mention a welcome pack and appreciate the items provided, there are not enough details to assess the consistency or quality of these gestures. Therefore, it's important to note that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Third time at the property. Very good value for money. Excellent location.

The cottage was in a lovely location. Easy to walk into Wroxham town centre. It was clean and beds were comfy. However, some of the decor and furnishings were dated and worn. The showers were not great ( the bathrooms could do with refurbishing) and downstairs bedrooms were a bit chilly. But for a long weekend it was perfectly adequate as we were out for most of the day/ evening. The views from the lounge window were lovely. It was a good base to travel into Norwich from. Highly recommend the Waterside Restaurant. We had a delicious Sunday roast there.

Great value for money in a very spacious house. Some of the appliances, fixtures and fittings are a bit dated but all in all very good accommodation for 3 blokes working away from home at a very reasonable price.
