There are three lovely bedrooms, a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room with a unique walk-through into the master bedroom, and a fun playroom complete with a gaming station, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. A well-appointed family bathroom serves all bedrooms. The enclosed rear garden is ideal for both dogs and children to play safely, and the private hot tub offers a lovely spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the local area. Private parking is provided for two cars, with additional roadside parking available for more.
The location is fantastic, just an 11-minute drive to the sandy beaches and traditional seaside villages of Mundesley, Trimingham, and Overstrand. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, spacious house with its sizeable garden, perfect for us and our two dogs to relax and play. The property was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, whether we wanted a quiet night in or a day out exploring the countryside and local beaches. The beaches nearby are beautiful, clean, and dog-friendly, and only about a 10-minute drive away. There’s also a great little pub just a short walk down the road, which was perfect for an evening meal or drink.The welcome treat pack was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly at home, and the hot tub was a real highlight after a day of walking and exploring. As it’s a new holiday let, there were a couple of minor teething issues, but the owners were fantastic, friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve everything.We’d would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located getaway, especially if you’re bringing dogs!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely holiday home. The welcome basket was really appreciated. The house had everything we needed and the hot tub was great. We enjoyed trying out the Vernon Arms pub in Southrepps and the fish & chips in Roughton. It was a convenient location for day trips to Amazona zoo and the beaches in Cromer, Overstrand, Trimingham and Mundesley. Rachel was really helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely homely house, ideal for dogs secure garden, everything was in the house that you would need, some super walks within easy access of the house.Rachel was always on hand to answer any questions should you have them.Will definitely be back.
