Sandbanks is an ideal location just 50 yards from the lovely unspoilt sandy beach at Bacton, it is a very well presented, contemporary, detached holiday property boasting an indoor heated swimming pool, and conservatory with French doors opening onto an enclosed garden and seating terrace. This property provides fantastic accommodation for any time of the year. Located on the north coast, east of Mundesley, with Norwich, Cromer, Sheringham and the Norfolk Broads all within easy reach. For visitors with children, Bacton offers a children’s play area. Good fishing, bird watching, sailing and golf nearby. Bewilderwood at Horning is a great day out for the children, an outdoor adventure park with tree walks, zip wires and many other attractions to amaze. A short drive away is East Ruston Vicarage Gardens, with 32 acres of garden to enjoy.
Cromer and Sheringham for sandy beaches and a wide range of activities for all age groups. Cromer has promenade gardens, pier (seasonal entertainment) and one of the country’s most famous rnli Lifeboat Stations. Sheringham, home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, passing through countryside designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, visiting the nearby coastline village of Weybourne. The lively seaside resort of Great Yarmouth for fun fair, Sea Life Centre, indoor leisure complex with aqua pool and shopping centre is 25 miles. Norfolk Broads offer daily boat hire and river trips, a natural haven for wildlife, plenty of picnic opportunities by the river side and many riverside inns and cafés. There are a number of NT properties worth visiting in the area. Visit the seal colony at Horsey beach, an amazing sight especially between December to February, with all the seal pups on the beach. Local market town of North Walsham, 5 miles, for regular market days, shops and pubs. Fine city of Norwich, 18 miles. Shop and pub 400 yards.

Just got back from our stay this is the second time staying lovely stay in a lovely area beach just at end of lane as is lovely family friendly pub, the cottage has everything you would need the only niggle was not enough towels only 1 shower towel each no hand towel each but that’s just my preference, also no mop in cottage kept in garage but never see it until we were leaving and put rubbish in there 2 little things all in all great lace to stay just wish you accepted dogs 😊
