I was very disappointed with this break, I would no longer class this property has Dog Friendly due to the restrictions put on your Dog. The facilities are not suitable for a modern day visit. Only 1 television for the whole property, not everybody wants to watch the same programmes. There was no mention of the very dangerous road that has no pavements that you have to cross and walk along to get to the beach. The bath and shower broom cupboard are not suitable for older visitors that may have mobility issues. The photographs of the property make the beach look it can be reached by leaving the property via the rear garden gate, this is not the case.overall the furniture is getting a bit old now and both the settees were not comfortable and that goes for 1 of the kingside beds as well. Being visited by the owner on the 4th day of our break to water her plants along with a Window Cleaner and the gardener the following day is unacceptable on a break.I can not recomend this property..This property is over priced.

Super place to stay, very close to the beach, a couple of local shops for everyday items and the bigger supermarkets are only a short drive away. The cottage is spacious, clean and and very family friendly. Very much a home from home. We'll definitely be back.
