Tina and James were excellent hosts and recommended good pubs, restaurants and walks etc. They have a great place with plenty of space, clean, tidy with good facilities. Excellent location for the beach, cafes, pubs and restaurants plus close to Cromer and other places worth seeing. Would stay again if I came back to the area.

Beautifully decorated and very well equipped house situated a few minutes from the beach and village centre. The house was lovely, clean, bright and filled with quirky touches and plants. On the downside, the advert stated that dogs were welcome (but not in the bedrooms) but when we arrived they were not allowed upstairs at all so I spent the week sitting on a dining room chair when not out and about as there was no where to sit comfortably downstairs with the pooch. If you have slight mobility issues or have children the stairs may be a bit of a problem as their were no bannisters to hold where the stairs curved. One of our party slipped from top to bottom hurting her foot badly. The garden has three steps from the front door lwasing to the patio area but, again, there was no rail or handle to aid turning on to the patio area to avoid the slope leading to it.The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The bathrooms were large, airy and everywhere was exceptionally clean throughout. Beds were very comfortable and the reading chairs in a couple of the bedrooms were welcome additions. The beach, cafe and village were lovely. Shops offered a friendly welcome abd an excellent choice of food, clothing and arts and crafts. There was plenty of seating to enjoy the sea views and relax. The play park was excellent with a large field, well maintained play equipment and an outdoor gym.
