It is situated on a private estate and there are footpaths leading from the property, ideal for dog walking. Wroxham is 10 miles, offering daily boat trips which is a good way to experience the beauty of The Broads. Bacton Woods is close by, ideal for cycling, walking and woodland picnics. East Ruston Vicarage Gardens are just a short drive away with over 32 acres of outstanding gardens. Cromer and Sheringham, 14 miles. Alternatively spend a day in the cathedral city of Norwich. There is something for all the family to enjoy. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Semi detached bungalow, in a great location in Walcott. Looking out of front window, at the North Sea. A eight minute walk down to the beach. Clean beach to be found. Nice tidy rear garden, over looking field. A very quiet area. Bungalow well equipped, Clean and tidy. Well look after by owner. Love going back to this property every year, with my two dogs. Just the right size, to relax and switch off and enjoy.

Superbly situated on the Norfolk Coast path over looking beautiful beaches overshadows the property. In our opinion the property is in need of modernisation and a deep clean. We found door handles tacky to the touch, a muddy towel hung behind the curtain on the kitchen door. The kitchen is dated in appearance. Everything we used worked ok but it felt like it only covered the basic requirements. The garden to the rear was well maintained and attractive. Overall we feel that with a little money and time spent on it this property could be brilliant.

Loved our stay at Tamarisk. We did not want to leave. This was not our first visit and definitely won't be pur last. It is the ideal location and the cottage has everything you need for a peaceful and restful holiday.
