Cobblers Barn is highly praised for its beautiful setting, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. Guests consistently mention the spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, and the added luxury of a hot tub, despite some finding it small for the property size. The homemade bread on arrival is frequently highlighted as a delightful touch, contributing to the property's charm.
Guests consistently describe the property as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with several reviews specifically noting its spotless condition.
The property's location is frequently commended for its brilliant setting and proximity to local walks and pubs. The picturesque views and the quiet village atmosphere contribute to its high rating.
Comfort is a strong point for Cobblers Barn, with guests finding the bedrooms cosy and the living spaces ample. The warm welcome and the property's ability to accommodate large groups comfortably are also noted.
The facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options, are highly regarded. However, the hot tub size is a recurring concern for a property that sleeps 10, as it comfortably seats fewer people.
The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in the personal touches such as home-baked bread and other treats on arrival. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches may vary and are not guaranteed.

A wonderful, well equipped kitchen but we did have problems with the oven & grill regulating the temperature which affected cooking time. All in all a beautiful cottage, & we thoroughly enjoyed our ladies weekend here. Lots of space, very clean, loved the log burner, beds were super comfortable, bedding was fresh & crisp. Hot tub being enclosed was ideal too. Easy communication with the host & a really thoughtful welcome pack, along with fresh bread was a wonderful arrival gift. Thank you so much âºï¸

The kitchen was well equipped and we used the BBQ a couple times. The place was spotless. The owner was friendly and the hot tub a real bonus when youâve had a long day outâ¦. Thank you to the owner for the welcome biscuits and cake and a wonderful aroma of fresh bread on arrival! Only a slight heads up, there are a few steps down to the kitchen but this didnât bother us. I would definitely book this again as it is a lovely areaâ¦â¦

Karen was fantastic from our first conversation, I wouldnât hesitate to recommend your lovely cottage to anyone I know. Iâve stayed in many properties via Sykes now and this is by far my favourite. Thank you for having us all, we hope to be back.
