There was everything you needed and the owner had provided a welcome basket and lots of information on the area. The cottage was close to the village which had everything you needed from pubs, cafes, co op and butchers to a lovely gallery and craft shops. Within easy reach of Barnard castle and Raby and scenic walks to high force and high cup nick and an old cycle/walking railway line to Cotherstone. Perfect.

This is a beautiful cottage in a lovely village. Cottage had everything we could possibly need and was beautifully furnished and equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks to Sally Ann for the welcome pack and Prosecco for our wedding anniversary.
