Early and late check ins: Please note there is a cost opf £15 each for early and late check ins, these need to be confirmed with the park early check in is 3pm late check out is 11am.
Hot Tubs: Please note hot tubs are emptied early in the morning on check out day, these will be emptied at around 8am to be cleaned and refilled ahead of the next check in.
Dog accommodations: Please note that this park only accept one dog in their dog friendly pods.
Group bookings: Please note that this park is in a quiet setting and is not suitable for loud group bookings or workers and the park does not allow commercial vehicles.
Security deposit
Please note that there will be a security deposit due for payment via preauthorisation on card prior to arrival. The amount will be £50 for the Pods (Beach Hut, Dene View, Boat House) and £100 for the Stable Cottage. The park will contact you by phone within the week prior to check in.

Me and partner have now stayed here twice at the Sandy Beach hut, we love how cosy and how close it is to the beach and the dunes cafe. We also can’t thank Mark and Michelle for all their wonderful help and hard work. Thank you again,Emily and Connor x

Absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this but. The views were the best views we had ever had on a holiday in the UK
