The kitchen / dining area has seating for six and all the appliances you could need to rustle up a delicious home cooked meal. Also downstairs there is a small cloakroom with WC and wash basin. The first floor houses three large bedrooms - one king size, one double, and one twin, all with high quality furnishings. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The cottage has its own private enclosed garden complete with patio and seating area, where you can enjoy a beverage outside whilst viewing the wonderful countryside. Baytree and Appletree Cottages share a secure children's play area. Note: Property can be booked with Refs. 1003255 and 1003278, together they can sleep 14 people.
